Pricing structure is based on the number of brokers/salespeople in each location:

• 1–2 professionals = $550.00/year: Join Now
• 3–5 professionals = $750.00/year: Join Now
• 6+ professionals = $950.00/year: Join Now
• Municipal memberships = $550.00/year: Join Now

Pay-Per-Listing

• $100 per listing, for one year
• Posting fee is non-refundable and not transferable to another listing
• No limit on how many pay per listing properties a broker can have
• Properties must be reviewed every three months
• Limited Admin Area
• Able to manage posted property listings
• Able to post Active Needs (but not view)
• Able to manage broker contact information
• Previously paid fees cannot be used toward full membership
• Receive Broker Alert emails from CERC for urgent needs and other communication

Become an Associate

If you don’t have property to list but would like to view Active Needs, be included in the Member Directory, use a link to properties posted on SiteFinder in a specific community, receive Broker Alerts (emails from CERC for urgent needs) and/or view properties New to Market and Updated Properties, then for $250/year you can become a SiteFinder Associate.
