“Why does CERC ask for transaction details? Does CERC track comps? ”
CERC does not track commercial comps. We ask for details of closed sale and lease transactions in order to track business expansions and relocations throughout Connecticut. This information is not made public but assists in the analysis of statewide economic conditions. For any transactions that were closed with assistance from the SiteFinder database, the broker(s) are eligible for cash prizes through our SiteFinder Sweepstakes.
