Speakers Include:

  • Jeffrey H. Gage, managing principal at CresaPartners in Norwalk, is responsible for the brokerage operation and for the development and management of many of the firm's significant client relationships. He specializes in acquisition and disposition of office space.
  • Elliot B. Pollack, member Pullman & Comley LLC attorneys, represents health care providers and commercial property valuation clients. He chairs its property valuation department.
  • Katherine A. Pancak, professor in residence of finance and real estate at UConn Stamford, specializes in real estate law. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in finance and real estate, including financial management and real estate principles.
  • Reyno A. Giallongo, Jr., executive vice president business banking division First County Bank. He is responsible for business development and management of the bank's portfolio of commercial and small business relationships, and oversees the bank's trust and investment group.
